From a tiny heritage block planted in 1906 and still trained on its original trellis of stripped bluegum poles. Beeswax, lanolin and preserved lemon, with a long herbal finish of lemon verbena and thyme.

✨The story

The block survived the 1920s phylloxera outbreak because the owner's grandmother refused to let anyone 'dig up her garden'.
